Celebrity News: Ariana Grande, Lorde and Heidi Montag

Every morning we bring you the juiciest celebrity gossip from around the world – the good, the bad and the downright ugly, you’re sure to find something for you. This morning we have: Ariana Grande turns to opera to display her amazing vocals, Heidi Montag reveals she was paid to be Lauren Conrad’s friend and Lorde wants everyone to embrace their curly hair.

Heidi Montag was paid to be Lauren Conrad’s friend

Speaking exclusively with US Weekly, The Hills ‘villainess’, Heidi Montag, revealed that she never liked her co-star Lauren Conrad and that being Lauren’s friend was a paid full time job!  “I spent years pretending to like her for a living […] It was literally my job to deal with her, and it wasn’t pleasant… I had nothing to do with her problems. I even tried to help her. The fact is, she lied about me and tried to destroy my life, yet I was the one painted as the villain so the show could have her as the good guy.”   Montag acknowledged that the hit show was scripted, but she is still bitter that, despite the fact the show was scripted, she was still painted as the bad guy and what’s worse was that people believed she was innately a bad person.

Lorde girls curly-haired girls a pep talk

A: curly hair is the coolest s–t mama i love having this halo of hair radiating out from my face the bigger the better! actually just cut my hair a little shorter so it would be as big and cute as possible”
