Kylie Jenner Trademark
Following in the footsteps of Taylor Swift, Kylie Jenner is attempting to trademark her ‘brand’. The reality star submitted at a requested to trademark the name ‘Kylie’ – although she met a round block by the name of Kylie Minogue. The Aussie sensations lawyers issued a retort to the reality star:
So basically Kylie Minogue ripped into Kylie Jenner and wanted everyone to know what she really thinks of her. ‘Secondary reality television personality’ – ouch!
Sam Smith’s Oscars Blunder
After winning an award for his mediocre song ‘Writings on the Wall’ Sam Smith came under fire on social media from Dustin Lance Black – amongst many other angered users who claimed Smith did not deserve his Oscar win. Smith thought that he was the first ever openly gay man to win an Oscar – he wasn’t, Dustin Lance Black was. When Smith was informed that wasn’t the first and that Black was he exclaimed ”I don’t know who that is, I should know who that is” – Twitter reacted hilariously.
