Shop Refund Policy

1. Cancellations: Customers may cancel their order without incurring any charge at any time up to the retailer’s confirmation of their order. If a customer wishes to cancel their order after the order is confirmed, they should contact the retailer directly. 2. EU Right of withdrawal: Under European Union laws, customers may change their mind within 14 days of receiving an item and return the item to the retailer for a full refund, including a refund of the shipping charges. Unless the relevant retailer explicitly agrees otherwise with the customer, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to the retailer to obtain a refund under the right of withdrawal. Some items such as bespoke items, personalised items or items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons may not be returned due to a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights with respect to faulty items or items not in conformity with their description. 3. Exchanges: Exchanges are at the discretion of the retailer. Customers should contact the relevant retailer directly. 4. Faulty items: Faulty items should be notified to the retailer immediately upon discovery of the fault. The retailer may arrange a repair or replacement or the item or a refund in line with your statutory rights. Where the faulty item is notified to the retailer within 14 days of receipt of the item, the retailer will issue a refund upon return of the item including the original shipping charges and the cost of postage to return the item. 5. Item fails to arrive: If an item fails to arrive, please contact the retailer directly to request proof of delivery or a refund.
