Conditioning your roots is a big no no, especially if you have oily or fine hair. If you condition your roots, you run the risk of having weighed down, flat hair. Also, it can make you hair seem more greasy, making you unnecessarily wash it daily. Pesky split ends are the norm for most of us. The best way to disguise these is with the help of a conditioning oil. A little goes a long way, so dab a small amount onto your hands, rub your hands together then gently apply only to the ends of the hair.
