With mature skin, and when it comes to makeup, it’s important not assume that what may have worked on you years ago, will work on you now. Heavy makeup can add years onto you, so it’s important to adjust your makeup so that it’s applied in a way to enhance your features, naturally.  Scroll below for makeup tips and products that will benefit mature skin.

Using products that brighten and pep up the skin will make it instantly look more youthful. Ensure to use radiance boosting foundations that have anti-ageing properties and light reflecting properties. A natural, light dewy looking finish works best for mature skin, as a matte finish foundation can make the skin look dull and unnatural.  For the under eyes, you want to use a concealer that isn’t heavy as this can cake on the skin.
