Tips for Perfect Summer Feet

It’s Summer time and if you haven’t already, it’s time to get your feet out! Many women have the fear about getting their feet out, but with the help of these tips, free your feet with no fear!  1. Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate! Exfoliation is a must, and should be done once a week, to keep your feet looking pretty all Summer long! There are a number of foot scrubs on the market, however, if you’d like to go down the natural route, take a look below, at some fab and super easy DIY foot scrubs!  coconut oil scrub   via The Coconut Mama   coffee foot scrub via Shine Beautifully    strawberry toes scrub via Patchwork Cactus 2. Moisturise, moisturise, moisturise! If you suffer from dry cracked heels, this is due to the fact that the soles of your feet don’t have any oil glands, which dehydrates your feet out massively! The Body Shop do a great foot care range, and one of our favourite foot lotions is The Body Shop Peppermint Cooling Foot Lotion. Lather this lotion on your feet, then pop on some moisture socks like Thirsty Feet Moisture Socks, again from The Body Shop. Applying lotion on your feet before bed, then wearing moisture socks for the night will make your feet super soft!     tips for summer feet footscrub 3. Nail varnish, nail varnish, nail varnish! If you suffer from toe nail discolouration, nail varnish is a must. Even if you don’t, varnished toe nails are pretty! As it’s Summer time, be brave and wear bright colours. However, to avoid nail discolouration, it’s important to let your nails breathe! At least, once a month, take your nail varnish off for a few days!
