THE OPPORTUNITYAs customer success representative your role is to turn independent retailers into trusted friends. You will be responsible for on-boarding, educating, and supporting our customers to help them thrive as digitally connected businesses on the frockadvisor platform. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Welcome users and retailers to the frockadvisor platform and guide them through the on-boarding process.
- Grow the frockadvisor network in the UK
- Liaising with retailers to help them post content to engage their customers.
- Answering technical queries for both users and retailers.
- Work with product team to address and resolve customer and user issues efficiently.
REQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate will be a motivated, problem solver with a passion for customer success. You will also:
- Be tech savvy with the ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Have previous experience in a customer facing role (sales or customer service).
- Ambitious and driven, thriving in fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Be approachable and eager to help with highly developed communication skills.
- Have the ability to work under direction as well as on own initiative.
- Organized and methodical with excellent follow-through to ensure customer / user expectations and deadlines are met.
- Be elastic enough to be part of a hard working team.
